DAY 1
Arrival in Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport . Transfer to Hotel Masseria Rottacapozza in Ugento (or similar) . http://www.masseriarottacapozza.it . Dinner in hotel. (at own expenses)
DAY 2
A day of total rest and leisure at the Hotel SPA to get rid of the jet lag (included). It will also be possible to reach the Hotel beach for a dip in the Mediterranean Sea. Dinner in hotel (at own expenses).
DAY 3
Ttransfer to the east coast of Puglia to the Grotta della Poesia followed by light lunch in local restaurant (at own expenses).In the afternoon visit of the old city of Otranto. Dinner in a typical local restaurant (at own expenses) and return to our hotel.
DAY 4
Day of leisure at the hotel beach. Later in the afternoon transfer to Gallipoli. Walk downtown and dinner in a typical local restaurant.(at own expenses)
DAY 5
Late lazy start going to a typical winery for lunch. In the afternoon transfer to Santa Maria di Leuca, the southern point of Puglia. Dinner in local restaurant (at own expenses)
DAY 6
Last day of leisure at the hotel beach. Dinner at the hotel restaurant (at own expenses)
DAY 7
Transfer to Lecce. Guided tour of the Baroque city. Light lunch with local street food (at own expenses). Free afternoon for shopping. In the evening dinner in local restaurant with “pizzica” exhibition (local tarantella dance). (at own expenses)
DAY 8
Check out hotel. Transfer to Altamura. On our way we will stop to visit the beautiful village of Ostuni and have lunch in a local restaurant (at own expenses). Late afternoon check in at our hotel Masseria San Giovanni in Altamura (or similar). Dinner in hotel (at own expenses). http://www.iluoghidipitti.com/en/location/
DAY 9
Transfer to Castel del Monte. Guided visit of the castle. Tasting lunch at local cheese producer (included). In the afternoon transfer to the city of Trani and visit the Cathedral and the cozy downtown. Dinner in typical restaurant (at own expenses)
DAY 10
Transfer to Bari. Guided tour of the city. Light lunch in local restaurant (at own expenses). Free afternoon for shopping. In the evening dinner in a typical restaurant. (at own expenses
DAY 11
Transfer at Gravina di Puglia for a guided tour of the underground city. Light lunch in local restaurant (at own expenses). In the afternoon Cooking Class at our hotel with the Head Chef and dinner of what was prepared. (included).
DAY 12
Transfer to Alberobello and visit of the magical city of the Trulli. Lunch in a restaurant by the sea (at own expenses) Transfer to Polignano a mare. Visit of the beautiful coastal village hometown of Domenico Modugno. Dinner in a typical restaurant in Altamura. (at own expenses)
DAY 13
Later in the morning transfer to the Cantine Colli della Murgia and lunch with tasting (included). In the afternoon discover the astonishing beauty of the city of Matera with our expert tour guide. In the evening, dinner in a typical restaurant. (at own expenses)
DAY 14
Discovering Altamura… history, food, art, culture. In the afternoon be guest of the Basile family in their home and taste with mamma Basile the Altamurani specialities. Focaccine, mostaccioli, orecchiette, pecora alla rizzola, formaggi e salumi tipici, vino e Padre Peppe! (included)
DAY 15
Transfer to Bari Karol Woityla Airport and departure for Toronto.

The Magic Of PugliaRates: CAN$ 6399.00 p.p., applicable taxes included
Single supplement: CAN$ 1,200.00
Deposit due at booking: CAN$ 1,200.00 per person.
Final payment (balance) : January 27th 2025
Deposit is not refundable under any circumstances, except the tour is cancelled because minimum number is not reached. The tour requires a minimum of 14 participants. If minimum numbers are not reached the tour will be cancelled and participants will receive full payment reimbursement. Once the tour has been confirmed, no refunds will be made under any circumstances for any unused sectors or sections.· if the reason for a client cancellation is covered by the client insurance policy, the client will be able to make a claim under that policy.
